Potato Chip

- Five or more medium large potatoes;
- Oil (for deep frying);
- Salt


- Wash and peel the potatoes;
- Slice very thin;
- Put the slices at once into a bowl of cold water and let stand for at least one hour;
- Dry well by shaking them in a towel;
- Fry in hot oil until a light golden brown;
- Salt lightly

How to make white rice?


2 cups water;
1 cup uncooked white rice;
1 teaspoon salt;
1 soup spoon of oil.

First in a saucepan bring 2 cups of water to boil with 1 teaspoon salt to the rice and 1 soup spoon of oil. After add 1 cup of rice, cover the saucepan and reduce heat to low and leaves to cook during about 15 minutes.
